Spiderwebs

We have evil spiders around these parts. Because our buildings are made of wood. Which is really stupid for a dry environment, but the HOA is just a ginormous group of douche bags. So there.

And it rained. Which was TOTALLY awesome. Totally.

They're crafty little bastards, those spiders.

They also have a lot of spare time. Apparently. *eyes the gagillion spider webs all over the place. Including my lights. Argh.*

Like I said, crafty little bastards.

Nature stuff

An actual post. Amazing. Not really.

Remember how I said I'd post pictures of trees and all that good natural stuff? No? Okay then, here ya go anyways.

Okay, so a flower isn't a tree. Shut up.

From the Copper trip you may have read about here.

I'll post more of em if anyone requests, but otherwise I'll probably be a greedy ho and keep them on my flickr page and in the computer.

Sur - diddly - PRIZE.

I feel like I'm sort of dying, just a little bit, like a tiny monster is trying to stab its way out of my lip (kanker sore) and my head is probably really angry at me because I tried to figure out my calculator and it made my head explode. But on the bright side

ISN'T SHE CUTE?! Yes. Yes she is.

I'm missing nature like crazy now. So the nest few posts will probably be my small but proud collection of nature pictures. Le sigh. Farewell, for now dear blog.

Crack.

Is it just me or is that title a little bit hilarious? Maybe I just have this missing connection in my brain that causes me to gigle whenever someone says crack.

At Coal Creek, there's this crack between it and the building next to it. I couldn't believe I'd found a 1 or 2 inch crack between the buildings!

And a crack in the sidewalk, with a cigarette butt in it. I hate cigarettes. Please, no smoking in my blog.

And now we go to other pictures I just want to post because I'm impatient...

First lamppost... (I lovelovelovelovelovelovelovelovelovelovelove clouds, so get used to em)

Eep! Look at those beautes in the background. It saddens me that so few people look at the clouds these days. Really, I stop and marvel at them like a maniac every day, morning, and evening. I get to see it rise and set, so I feel pretty good even though I have to wake up at 5AM.

I wish I could turn this... or maybe I don't. It's sideways, if you're wondering. That's a leaf stuck between the wood. It had rained, so of course I whipped out my legit-ish Kodak and snapped a few pictures.

70's Headphones has kept this mini garden alive at the bottom of our stairs for a good four years, so bless her crazy headphones-wearing self for that.

Yeah this one is a lot smaller than the other ones on purpose. It doesn't have... oh screw it, I'm just gonna make it big. I like the texture that wooden structures have. I mean, as my art teacher puts it, it has so much character! And those are my feet; I think shoes are overrated. I have another footprint picture hanging around on my flickr page and this computer I think, maybe when winter rolls around I'll put it up. (It's my footprints in the snow.)

Thank you, anyone who looks at this blog. You all win five million brownie points. And a high five made of awesome. AND a double rainbow.

Just a few to get you hooked.

I'm not that cocky in real life, I swear. Just kidding, I am but only around the people who know I'm really just a shy nerd. Hah! Fooled you again. I'm not that shy.

Here's my lovely sister when we were in Laramie. She was verbally abusing the townspeople. True story.

Not really.

And a train... I thought it looked cool. But that's just me. It doesn't have to be perfect to get the audition when it comes to me, so yeah.

Now I'm done with postponing school work.

Why a second blog, January?

Well, now that you ask...

If you read my other blog, Was That Necessary?, then you know why I made this blog. If you don't, then you suck. Just kidding, I'm glad you're here. I really enjoy photography and take pictures all the time. Some of them suck really bad, but I'm proud of just the same, and some of them make me get all girly and "eeeeeeep!!!"-ish because I think they're so awesome. As they say, "It's better to write for yourself and have no audience than to write for an audience and have no self." (I'm a huge fan of quotes - I must get it from my padre) I'm not sure if that's exactly how it goes, but you get the point.

So that means that I'll be posting my favorite pictures - along with some captions or backstories, perhaps, because I'm hilarious - on here. If you like pictures, you've come to the right place. I go to concerts, live near the mountains, enjoy forests, and find really interesting things in places some people might not expect, so there will be a wide variety of pictures I take and put up here. I like using my sister as a subject, too, so you might spot pics of her around here.

With that said, I hope you like this blog if not my other one (I'm told I can be funny at times and am terrified of insects, but have the worst luck with them which means I tell many tales of said luck). If fate is in our court, you'll find things you like on here. Maybe not, whatever. Now don't you have somewhere else to be?
